Unable to find any prescribed behavior for re-inv implementation

Hi All,

I am facing this scenario.

B end receiving re-inv before the 'ack of invite transaction'.

   A                  B

    -------inv------------>

    <-----200ok--------

    -----re-inv---------->
    -----ack------------->

    -----re-inv----------->
    -----re-inv----------->

Is there any prescribed behavior for re-inv implementation?
or we can just ignore re-inv.

Thanks
