pjsip on Android using ALSA

I haven't tried it but it seems like it should work if you put the 
following in config_site.h and rebuild:

#define PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_HAS_ALSA            1
#define PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_HAS_OPENSLES    0
