video to grandstream-phones (H.264) needs substantial change in image to get going...

Hi!

whenever I make a video call with pjsip to a grandstream-phone (using H.264) I need to make sure that the video's content I'm sending (usually webcam) changes substantially (e.g. move my hand directly in front of the camera so it gets pretty dark) to start the stream at the remote side (grandstream). this is true for pjsip on windows (pjsua) as well as on android (CSipSimple)...
once the video-stream starts showing on the remote side, it works flawlessly...

(when I call from pjsip to e.g. linphone on windows the video starts automatically every time)

any ideas on how to trigger that "initial spark" somehow automatically?!
any special H.264 parameters for the grandstream? (I tried changing pjsip's H.264 preferences in ffmpeg_vid_codecs.c - but it didn't help so far...)

Thanks,
Hannes
