Hello, I have a weird issue where iOS background mode does not work until atleast one phone connection has been made. Otherwise I will get the call immediately when I bring the app to the foreground. I suspect some sort of initial TCP connection must be made. The app will only respond in background mode if there is some sort of system audio player ui displayed on the lock screen.
