I have a simple application based on simple-PJSUA which auto-answers any incoming calls. If I call it repeatedly, always by the 13th call and sometimes as soon as the 6th call the call is answered but no audio in either direction. I'm not getting any error messages. Sometimes I can hangup and call again and it works; but more often if I hangup and redial it no longer answers. I'm not really sure where to troubleshoot as it seems to be the conference bridge is no longer making connections between the sound card and incoming calls.
