assert in wince 6.0

Hi,
   Following code will cause assert in WinCE 6.0 due to different kind of
priority sequence in wince.

os_core_win32.c:

   PJ_ASSERT_RETURN(prio>=THREAD_PRIORITY_IDLE &&
prio<=THREAD_PRIORITY_TIME_CRITICAL,
     PJ_EINVAL);
