can't build with --host=arm-v5t-le

[364551439@xxxxxx (=?gb18030?b?zOzRxA==?=)]

I get a new project.   ./configure --host=arm-v5t-le        .
 This ,when make:   error:"SND_PCM_TSTAMP_ENABLE" Undeclared!
  
 --host=arm-linux    ,It's OK.    why?
