Speaking of ptime, I was just considering making a patch that added a
**pjmedia_sdp_attr to the undocumented pjsua_config::on_call_sdp_create
callback (undocumented here, anyway:
http://www.pjsip.org/pjsip/docs/html/structpjsua__callback.htm), to allow me
to specify other attributes, including ptime, in outgoing SDPs.
