Hi Gloria, Afaik, we haven't never tried with VAS 2.4 yet. From our VAS wiki (https://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/VAS), to use VAS 2.0 PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_SYMB_VAS_VERSION needs to be set to 2, have you tried this too?
