VoIPAudioSrv (VAS) version 1.00 for PJSIP version 1.12

Hi Nanag,

yes, we tried   PJMEDIA_AUDIO_DEV_SYMB_VAS_VERSION  to set to 2. But did
not work. I believe PJSIP 1.12 version does not support VAS 2.
