vidgui - it's an example of PJSIP usage. You should first build PJSP lib
and after that - use build lib in vidgui.
for UI vidgui uses QT SDK.

in vidgui shown how you can use pjsip stack to operate calls.

about your question:

you should change CALL SETTINGS.

I had already answered with code.

so:
1. you should use code of change call settings in you application then you
make or receive call.
OR
2. you should change PJSUA code - to mute audio.
