Is it possible to run multiVoIP using only one cli command ?

As I know multiCall we can create but in two steps:
- first step just establish a VoIP connection with 1 call like:
./pjsua-i686-pc-linux-gnu --add-codec=gsm --bound-addr=IP_addr --auto-answer=200 --auto-loop --max-calls=32 sip:IP_UE
- second step is to press 'M' and we can establish many call

is it possible to do this in one step? one cli command line

Thanks
- Pawel
