I want to use PJSIP library for commercial use case

Hi,

I want to use PJSIP library as part of my commercial program. I will
release any modification to pjsip library as open source. But I will not
release my application source code.

I have gone through these lines in pjsip licensing faq:
http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/FAQ#licensing
"

*Using the GNU GPL will require that all the ?released improved
versions<http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/pragmatic.html>be free
software. This means you can avoid the risk of having to compete
with a proprietary modified version of your own work.*

We don't want people to take PJSIP, mess it up (erm, improve it), and keep
the improvements as proprietary code. On the contrary, we want everybody to
enjoy PJSIP and all its improvements, and the only way to make sure of this
is by releasing PJSIP as GPL."

and also this:

"People often think that using GPL-ed software means that other software
linked with the GPL software have to be GPL too, hence GPL is considered as
viral. *That is not exactly true*. "

After going through GPL License Faq, I understood if I release release
PJSIP stack as open source GPL with my Commercial application program then
I don't need to pay any fee for licensing.

I want to release all improvements made to pjsip (there may be no
improvements at all) as Open Source. But I will not release my application
as open source since it is our own development.

Please let me know whether this violates PJSIP GPL license. If this doesn't
violate GPL License then I can release my commercial product without
royalty fee. I am still searching about GPL Licensing issue. Please guide
me on this.

Regards

Tapas
