keep-alive with tls

Hi,

There shouldn't be any limitations with the setting. Having said that, I
haven't tried with 900 (it takes too long to test :)

Please try with the latest from svn, which has shorten the
PJSIP_TRANSPORT_IDLE_TIME to 33 seconds, which has been reported to have
improved battery consumption (https://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/1465). If
it's still a problem, send the log over.
