Getting rid of Un-used Library's

Actually, that sounds like a good idea.
I would like a version where PJSIP takes care of the SIP and SDP 
parsing, but I would good control on the codecs that are placed in SDP 
(both audio and video) and then just have the SIP library tell me where 
to get my streams from (ip / port / ...). Can that be done?
