PJSIP executable file on win32 machine

Dear,

Do you have or you know from I can download executable PJSIP file in order to run some test for SIP and sending RTP stream between two PCs connected by etheneret (one is located on win32 machine and second one on Linux machine). On linux machine I already complied and installed but on winXP 32bits seems to be more complicated and currently I don?t have MS Visual on my machine.
