Payload type of AMR-NB codec

Hi,

Dynamic payload type is ok. But why it is constants on pjproject version?
Why it shows 114 for pjproject-1.5 and 110 for pjproject-1.7..
Can you please tell me how it choose the value of the PT for AMR. I mean in
the basis of what?
