Big Problem SIP traffic Blocking.. Is thre any great solution

I think this has been discussed prior.  See

It seems you were part of that thread back then.  If you want an 
opensource solution, you can try opensbc and modify pjsip to support the 
encryption method that opensbc supports.    If you are open to a 
commercial SBC solution that can bypass DPI, mail me offlist.
