Debugging RTP packets sending

I don't know if is possible see all RTP packet from PPJLIB..You can read 
source code :) But you can check if you provider filter RTP packets or ports. 
PJLIB have lot of helpful programs. Find "streamutil" in 
pjsip-apps/bin/samples maybe this will be helpful.
