add data in message boddy

I think there is no easy way to manipulate the body when using the 
high-level API (pjsua-lib). I think you have to use the low-level APIs 
to manipulate the body.

For example take a look at pjsip-apps/src/samples/invtester.c

(just grep pjproject files for "pjsip_msg_body")
