Error in configuration or bug?

An update on the workaround #2, please see ticket #1027.

And regarding workaround #3, was there any particular reason why the
priority of EPlayCommQueue is set to EPriorityUserInput, instead of
EPriorityHigh, just in case you tried EPriorityHigh and experienced
problem (in any of your testing devices).
