From field not having complete information

Hi all,
         when i try to call it is disconneted at that very moment . i
checked in whireshirk that in message header From field does not have
complete information like:

message header -> From :<sip:192.168.1.1>; tag=K.HW0UWS......


while it should be..
 message header -> From
:<sip:username at 192.168.1.1<sip%3Ausername at 192.168.1.1>>;
tag=K.HW0UWS......

so how can i add the username in From field..
