DTMF Bad Detected - Nobody had been that problem????

You must help us help you. You don't answer what we ask so we cannot help

As I said, the first thing you have to do is to check the packets.
Do you know wireshark?
Just collect the packets using it and look at the VoIP call diagram
( menu Statistics -> VoIP Calls).
The diagram will tell you if DTMF was transmitted or not. If there is a DTMF
packet, then there is a problem with the end-point pjsua-lib is talking to.
