You don't answer what we ask so we cannot help you much. As I said, the first thing you have to do is to check the packets. Do you know wireshark? Just collect the packets using it and look at the VoIP call diagram ( menu Statistics -> VoIP Calls). The diagram will tell you if DTMF was transmitted or not.
