DTMF Bad Detected

I've a problem with dtfm detection. I developed an application using pjsua-lib, my application makes a call and plays  a prompt, during the playing it can receive a dtmf and repeat that message. My problem is that I receive a dtmf but it never had been dialed. My log is the following:
