Your card(or ALSA) probably doesn't support your rates, at least its
what it is saying ;)

These are default ALSA plugins and come with ALSA. You don't have to
install anything
The ~/.asoundrc is not needed. The default config is almost aways
enought, but in your case
it isn't.

Create the file and configure the plugins.

If you search about ALSA plugins the plug plugin will be the plugin
with better docs on how
it works. It will do sample rate conversion and more...

I have not tested that config, so I can't guarantee it will work. But
it should be really near.
