Assigining Multiple RTP Stream to signle snd device

Hi  all 
Thank you Nanang for your guidance on RTP connection without SIP and SDP between 2 endopoint. I need to broadcast this communcation between 2 Endpoint  to 3rd and 4th endpoint , an all able to hear there communcations, is it required to on each endpoint 3 other stream to play same sound on endpoint 3 and endpoint 4.
