Bug: Missing dependency in makefile for pjmedia

If you have compiled properly, you'll find 2 object files
libpjmedia-audiodev-i686-pc and libpjmedia-codec-i686 in
C:/pjprpoject1-3/pjmedia/lib.

I presume the makefiles would be written whatever we  compile. Maybe you can
try re-compiling the source(pjproject-1.3) and try the audio thing.

The bidirectional port  worked fine for me.
