pjsua_vc6 make Multiple call

Try adding sip in front of your call like:
sip:201 at 1.1.1.1 <sip%3A201 at 1.1.1.1>,sip:202 at 1.1.1.1....

I'm not very sure, maybe just give it a try. Coz sip I think is the PROTOCOL
type we use here.
