Bad xml id in file "pjsip\src\pjsip-simple\rpid.c"

Thanks for the report, Filipe. We fixed similar problem with PIDF but
looks like I missed this one. I've created
http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/966, will fix this ASAP.
