refresher INVITE destroys dialog

Thanks for the detailed logs:
First off I don't think reconnecting the conference port will do much 
here.  I think the problem is here:
Session-Expires: 120;refresher=uas
Min-SE: 120
I would look for why that happens and see what I could make of 
that.  Might also try going to version 1.4 and
see if the problem exist there.  Sorry couldn't be of more help.
