Hi, here are some changes I did to the autoconf script to let pjsua build on OpenBSD. OpenBSD has its own ported portaudio which supports libsndio. Therefore I changed the buildsystem not to use the version in third_party/. This made some trouble in pjsip-apps/build/Samples-vc.mak because this file hardcodes the location of libportaudio.
