pjsip beginner with 2 questions

I am testing pjsip using pjproject-1.1.tar.bz2 on Linux. Before I go into the programming, I am playing with pjsip-apps/bin/pjsua-i686-pc-linux-gnu.  I have 2 questions :-

1. How do I configure a Display Name ?

2. When I make a call, I want to script it by playing a file or send DTMF. How do I do that ?
