Bug on pjsua_call_xfer_replaces

Hi Luis,

I am using that feature too and sometimes it works correctly, sometimes
as you describe and sometimes in other strange ways. I tested it in very
heterogenous environment with many different gateways and proxies. The
problem is in those elements.

The solution seems to be using Asterisk configured as proxy-like B2BUA
(back to back user agent) making calls, transfers and other features for
us transparently.

Cheers
- Vali
