Subject: Unable to change PREFIX in a build process

Hi,


It seems it's not possible to set a PREFIX using "./configure
--prefix=/foo". The value always remains the same - /usr/local.

It makes harder to make a package for Linux distro for PJSIP (sources
has to be patched).
