Thanks for the instructions, Michael. I will update the configure scripts to
recognize IPP 6.0 as soon as time permits, but for now let me just link your
post to our IPP Wiki:

I also tried IPP 6.0 on Windows couple of weeks ago, while the Windows
instructions are easier to fix we still have unresolved issue with linking
in Debug mode. So some works are needed to fix this indeed.
