The on_dtmf_callback only happens on the inbound side. The outbound side hits stmf but the on_dtmf_callback never happens. Might be related just don't know. The on_dtmf_callback not happening on the line the outbound line that started it's call with mkaecall sending out a invite. That is a issue also. But not as much as the dtmf passing.
