G722 audio overload - clipping

Hi,

I recall that there is an issue on G.722 audio level
(http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/658) and we found that G.722 input
should be 14 bit instead of 16 bit, this is done by decreasing level
of 16-bit audio sample before passed to the encoder and the decoder
will increase it back. I've just rechecked this in the ITU-T G.722 doc
(please let me know if I got it wrong).

So if the audio level problem is occured when talking to other G.722
implementations, the cause could be about the level adjustment.

Regards,
nanang
