Nir,

We faced with exactly the same problem. And I'm sure this bug is inside
PJSIP, where exactly I don't know. But it is definitely related with
SUBSCRIBE.

Unfortunately we didn't receive fix for SUBSCRIBE, but one workaround was
applicable for us, where we changed subscribing to unsolicited MWI events.

You can see changed provided for unsolicited MWI here:

Hence I think you should try to ask PJSIP to fix this bug with SUBSCRIBE or
try to fix yourself. Just analyze code related with SUBSCRIBE.
