Sound device access causing kernel crash on SAM9263

Hi John,

Just recalled this, both auddemo and simpleua aren't using resampler,
perhaps you could check if this resample bug, ticket #766, was the
ripple source. You could check this by forcing pjsua to use a
specified clock rate (see --clock-rate option), and use only codecs
with such clock rate.
