Accessing NOTIFY body from python

hi

in pjsua_pres.c,
static void pjsua_evsub_on_state( pjsip_evsub *sub, pjsip_event *event)
which is the callback from pjsip, the parameter event usualy has pointer to
the SIP msg that create the event,
u can add it to the pjsua callback.
