Voicage g729 for windows mobile vs Windows PC

Hi Lucas,
                 You can ask a copy of evaluation version from Voice Age
according to your platform, the download version doesn't work. You can
follow any pattern of the existing codecs like GSM. Yes you need to change
the frame size.
