Frame Size of various PJSip Codecs?

Dear All,

Is there a way to know the frame size on the output of a codec, before actually having the frame released from this codec?

In other words, in which file/function should I look to know which codec is used during the call setup phase?

I have another observation as well.

As I was observing the RTP packets using Wireshark, I noticed that most of the Speex\8000 packets have a 38 bytes payload. But few Speex\8000 packets have a 10 bytes payload!!!

What causes this change in the payload size?

Thanks,

-Elias.
