[Montevecchi] Yes you can, as you can read at the pjsua application help page ( <http://www.pjsip.org/pjsua.htm> http://www.pjsip.org/pjsua.htm) In my case I have a LAN conenction and a 3G modem connection and I want to bind one PJSUA to the LAN interface and another to the 3G modem.
