Why don't commit the code to the pjsip codebase? Having a notification about an incoming call with another telephony technology (that usually have also higher priority on the phone) would be very useful for all mobile application developer. I would suggest to even make an "abstracted" cross-platform API to manage incoming GSM call because it could be a standard features in all mobile voip clients.
