make an outbound with a caller id i specify

This is how I did it:
...
    int newcallId = -1;
    pjsua_acc_config acc_cfg;
    pjsua_acc_id acc_id;

    pjsua_acc_config_default(&acc_cfg);
    acc_cfg.id = from_uri;
    pjsua_acc_add(&acc_cfg, PJ_TRUE, &acc_id );
    pjsua_call_make_call( acc_id, &target_uri, 0, NULL, NULL, &newcallId);
    pjsua_acc_del(acc_id);

It adds a new account, makes the call, and deletes the account afterwards.
Looks like a cheat but it works.
