Hi all,

"b" line in SDP means bandwidth.  We do need it.

But I skimmed the doc of pj_media and the source code,  seems that the
only way to do it is change the source code of PJ_SIP.

It might make trouble later when we want to move to newer version of PJ.

Any suggestions?   Thanks in advance!
