compiling pjsip on mac os/x 10.5

Hi all,

Sorry, this is my fault, I haven't tested much on this.
Somehow, it compiled fine if we have ever built older revision of PortAudio.
I just revisited this and found the problem.
I put a patch in http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/451.
