compiling pjsip on mac os/x 10.5

Ben,

I checked out separately, libportaudio directly from portaudio.com  and the
make went fine without any errors - that refers to revision 1379 ( directly
from  https://www.portaudio.com/repos/portaudio/trunk )
However, libportaudio that shipped within pjsip is of revision 1373 ---
