The "proper" way to enable ALSA is to re-run ./configure again. If it
detects that ALSA devel package is installed (which it should since
you said you installed it), ALSA support will be enabled and things
should be set.

If you do want to disable OSS, then you can comment out the OSS
section like you did above.
