UDP only mode

Sure you can. I built UDP transport only program too.I am using pjsip-core
and pjsip-ua. It could be done by only register UDP transport into pjsip.

But today I found ioqueue has problem at windows XP when at very high
traffic.I will spend time to trace and get back to you.
